Gratitude to http://www.dailymail.co.uk/ for the following yoga story from down under.
Meet the self-taught yogi who learnt how to stand on her head and twist her body in every direction by copying photos posted on Instagram – and now she’s earning a living posting her own.
Eliza Landgren, 23, started teaching herself yoga at her Sunshine Coast home in Queensland two years ago to help with chronic lower back pain.
Her Instagram posts showing off her amazing self-taught poses have since earned her 121,000 followers and prompted her to start her own business – Elle Fit Active – to sell stretching guides to others wanting to improve flexibility.

‘If I was to see photos of what I could do now a couple of years ago I wouldn’t recognise myself,’ Elle told Daily Mail Australia.
‘I didn’t even think the splits were possible unless you did gymnastics or ballet as a kid. I was definitely in the mindset that people were born contortionists if they could bend themselves into crazy positions.
‘It didn’t take long for me to realise that it was all just a matter of stretching out the muscles required.’
Elle, who says she was never flexible as a child, started with basic stretching and trying any poses she saw on the internet and Instagram.
Her popular Instagram posts showing off her amazing self-taught poses have since earned her 121,000 followers and prompted her to start her own business – Elle Fit Active
