The Yoga Art of Ellen Brenneman Mother Nature 16x20 Canvas
This canvas print is part of an ongoing series of yoga and inspiration works by Ellen Brenneman.
After coming across a quote that she deeply connected with, Ellen decided to visually capture the idea of what Mother Nature would look like if she were a Living Being. This design is the result. Mother Nature stands peacefully with her hands at Heart Center while intricate zentangles of feathers, ferns, flowers and creatures of all kinds emerge from Her form. You can see the sun shining from Her back as dandelion seeds dance in the air.
The quote that inspired this piece also accompanies it: To lift your spirits spend time with Nature. She will lend you her power until you become aware of your own.
Ellen's desire to create has always been a driving force in her life. To know her, look no further than her subject matter. Simply put, she paints the things she feels passionate about, including avian life and tree forms.
Having been introduced to the practice of traditional yoga, Ellen began building a relationship between Body and Spirit. It was during this time that her yoga series began to emerge, and she hopes that her work invokes a feeling of interconnectedness between viewer and painting.
Durably constructed with a 1 1/4 inch depth and a finished backing.
The sides of the canvas are presented in an ivory color to compliment the background of the piece.
It arrives ready to hang.
