The Yoga Art of Ellen Brenneman Changing Myself 16x20 Canvas
This canvas print is part of an ongoing series of yoga and inspiration works by Ellen Brenneman. Here, outlined by the image of the symbolic lotus flower and set against a brilliantly colored sky is the silhouette of a yogi in King Pigeon Pose.
A lovely quote by Rumi accompanies this piece. It reads: Yesterday I was clever and decided to change the world. Today I am wise and decided to change myself.
Ellen's desire to create has always been a driving force in her life. To know her, look no further than her subject matter. Simply put, she paints the things she feels passionate about, including avian life and tree forms.
Having been introduced to the practice of traditional yoga, Ellen began building a relationship between Body and Spirit. It was during this time that her yoga series began to emerge, and she hopes that her work invokes a feeling of interconnectedness between viewer and painting.
Durably constructed with a 1 1/4 inch depth and a finished backing.
The sides of the canvas are presented in pink to compliment the background of the piece.
It arrives ready to hang.
